Cancel subscription
How does the monthly subscription work?
You choose a comfortable monthly contribution amount and click "Activate help." At that moment, the selected amount is charged from your account. On the same date of each following month, the same amount will be charged automatically. For example, if you subscribed to a donation on 30 April , the next charge will be on 30 May, 30 June , and so on. If you want to change any details of your subscription (the amount, card number, etc.), you need to cancel the current subscription and set up a new one.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription by writing to us at: club@uanimals.org
Who founded the UAnimals organization, and when?
The UAnimals humanitarian movement was founded in 2016 by public activist Oleksandr Todorchuk. At that time, UAnimals fought on a large scale against the exploitation of animals in circuses. Gradually, the movement scaled up its influence and projects, and now it is focused on rescuing animals from the war. Here is more about our values.

How can I be sure that my donation will go specifically to helping animals?
Under Ukrainian law, the organization can use donations only for its statutory activities. Here is the UAnimals Statute. You can also see what we spend money on in our reports.
Can I help UAnimals with something other than money?
Of course! You can join our volunteer community and take part in volunteer initiatives. You can also set up individual fundraisers for your own special occasions on the Holiday Platform.
Where can I see what my monthly donation was spent on?
We regularly report on all the money raised and how we spend it. Go to the UAnimals Reporting page — there you will find daily, monthly, and annual reports, as well as reports on goods from partners, project reports, and financial reports.
What is the minimum amount I can donate monthly?
Any amount. Even a single cent matters.
Can I change the amount of my monthly contribution?
Yes, at any time. You can increase or decrease the amount however is convenient for you. To do this, you need to cancel your current subscription and set up a new one.
What is the difference between a one-time donation and a monthly subscription?
One-time donations are important in critical moments and when fundraisers are opened for specific needs. A subscription, on the other hand, provides stability and allows us to plan: to buy food, rebuild shelters, and be ready for urgent challenges. For you, a monthly donation subscription is a way to comfortably plan your own expenses and be confident that you have taken part in all of UAnimals' important initiatives and haven't missed a single fundraiser.
Can I set up a subscription from abroad?
Yes. If you have a card from an international payment system (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), there won't be any problems.
What should I do if the payment failed?
Try again or check your card's limit/settings. If the problem persists — write to us, and we'll help.

Teddy's story

Teddy survived a russian drone attack, a severe injury, a seven-hour surgery, and four months of treatment. During an evacuation from Donetsk region, a drone struck our van, and the dog suffered a severe leg injury.

How is Teddy doing now?

The veterinarians managed to save her, and now Teddy lives with a new family in Finland together with her sister Freya, who was evacuated on the same day.

Sushka's story

Sushka was evacuated from Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. A soldier handed her over. The cat had sarcoptic mange, which caused severe itching, hair loss, and ulcers on her skin.

How is Sushka doing now?

We paid for her treatment, and luckily, Sushka recovered. Now she lives in a new home where she is loved and cared for.

Otaman's story

Otaman was rescued from Sumy region. A volunteer walked the frightened horse almost 7 kilometers under the threat of enemy drones, reading him poems to calm him and keep him moving.

How is Otaman doing now?

Now Otaman lives in the Animal Rescue House shelter and is already starting to trust the people who take care of him.
